helpful staff spacious room fresh towels
the staff was very helpful. the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered good choices. I appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels.

acceptable stay, but with issues
late music limited parking
the room was clean. it had air conditioning and blackout curtains, so i slept well.
there were two functions happening at the hotel. loud music went on until late. it was hard to sleep. also, the parking was limited because of the events.

The shower was good. It had strong water pressure. the breakfast had some tasty options, though i would have liked more variety.

the breakfast included halal options, which worked well for my dietary needs. staff members were friendly during breakfast hours. the hotel's proximity to a retail park offered convenient dining options.
the room's decor seemed outdated, it was unexpected. the mattress felt quite flat, i sank into it. i found noise disturbances at night because of banquet events.

attentive staff free parking poor cleaning missing curtains
the staff were really attentive and provided good service. complimentary breakfast was quite vital, and parking was free, a definite plus for me.
The room was not cleaned properly. There were also no blackout curtains. it was quite disappointing for what was supposed to be an executive room.

good shower early breakfast secure parking
i'm so excited to share! the room had a good shower, the water pressure was amazing. it was within walking distance of a retail park, this was great! breakfast was early and good too. reasonably secure parking also added to the peace of mind, i loved that.
